Decon7 Systems, LLC (Decon7) was originally established to commercialize a technologically
advanced decontamination formula developed by Sandia National Laboratories. This formula was originally designed for the military to combat chemical and biological weapons. In addition to commercializing advanced decontamination formulas, Decon7 specializes in designing and manufacturing products specifically for the cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, neutralizing, decontaminating, mitigating, and suppressing of threats from toxic chemicals and materials, biological hazards, energetics, explosives, and fireground hazards.

D7 is EPA registered approved for use on l SARS-CoV-2 and has been used around the world in hotels, office spaces, schools, universities, police, fire and EMS stations to combat the global pandemic. 

Fireground hazards, like carcinogens and toxic gases, are an ever-increasing issue for Firefighter safety and health. A recent independent University study verified and determined that Decon7’s advanced D7 Formulation outperformed the recommended detergent when it came to eliminating and detoxifying harmful cancer-causing agents from turnout gear. The study also found that D7 prolonged turnout gear service life and better maintained the original integrity of the gear, when compared to recommended detergent.
 
The versatility of the D7 formula is unmatched in the industry. Not only is D7 used to keep the food you eat safe, it can also be applied directly on the turnout gear at the fireground to begin chemical neutralization of carcinogens and other toxic materials found on turnout gear.
