Extreme Simulations (EXS) specializes in the field of simulation for emergency incidents and disasters. Our mission: “the first incident should feel like the second”.

EXS simulates and measures emergency situations, using hyper-realistic tools and smart simulation devices that provide real-time feed-back, on-site error identification and data analytics. 

A few of the scenarios we create:

• Locating, rescuing & evacuating from disaster sites


• Simulating fire, chemical & biological sites


• Rescue from armored vehicles, ships and container cars


• Disaster medicine – from the level of basic to advanced field hospital including Identification & handling casualties and deceased.

To support our Extreme Simulation Training Services, we develop and manufacture high-end medical simulators, a range of exceptionally durable and realistic manikins, task trainers, and wearable wounds designed especially for aggressive use.  

• Our products have been validated by leading medical centers, and the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Medical Corps.


• Our clients include the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), NATO, US Air Force, US Marine Corps, the Israel Home Front Command, State and Local Police units and Emergency Services.
