UltraTech International, Inc. is the leader in the field of environmental compliance. More than twenty five years ago we began manufacturing spill containment products but a short time later, branched out into products to help comply with stormwater management regulations. Now we offer the broadest line of products in the industry. This line features an array of products designed to filter contaminants (e.g. - sediment, oil and chemicals) from stormwater runoff, stop hazardous spills from entering storm drains and protect drums and tanks from outdoor elements. The most recent addition to the line is the Ultra-Aqua Bag. This revolutionary “sandless sandbag” can be used to build an effective water barrier to protect property against floods, water heater leaks, broken pipes, overflowing toilets, and other liquid emergencies. In minutes, these sandless sandbags absorb water to 90% capacity, preventing floods and leakage from causing damage to surrounding property. They are easy to use and transport. A pre-activated Aqua Bag weigh less than a pound each and measure 17”x 22” when dry. But at full absorption Ultra-Aqua Bags provide between 30 to 40 pounds of flood stopping weight offering a superior water barrier/flood barrier. And they are designed and built to maintain a consistent shape throughout the Bag. Other bags tend to slump to the bottom end when picked up which means they will not stack as well and are not as effective at sealing off water.
